ok so i am using basic high low (cards with value of 10 are -1, cards 2-6 are +1, 7-9 are 0)... can anyone tell me where i can find a strategy card for how to play if i was counting? thanks, i am using Casino Verite from qfit.com, is the strategy card on there accurate? thanks

yep. I'd start off by just checking I18 and fab4, and then look at the tables and memorize them. Those get you something like 80% of the gain for BS departure plays. The remaining 20% comes from a _bunch_ of other indices that are hard to remember if you are not playing regularly...
Most H/L sets run from 40-50 and avoid many of the neg variations that
you should not play anyway. Remember how you learned the states and
capitals in the 3rd or 4th grade (say the state in some sequence and the
related memory pops in your head)... Main, Augusta...Texas, Austin, etc)
16 vs 10, 0 or higher...12 vs 4, 0 or less, etc. Most plays will just be some number.
