5 deck Kiss

I just finished reading the blackjack bluebook II and I am playing a 5 deck game and using the Kiss II method. I just had a few quick questions. I assume that I start my count off at 11 right? Also how do the index's slew when only using 5 decks?

Is there any other info I need to know about 5 deck BJ? Most of the info is geared toward the 6-8 deck or 1-2 deck games.

Cue-Ball,
With a 5 deck shoe, you indeed use an Initial Running Count of "11". Use all the multi-deck index numbers verbatum from the bottom chart on page 155. 12 vs. 4 is "13". 12 vs. 6 is "8", 13 vs. 2 is "10" and 16 vs. 10 is "16". Note that 16 vs. 10 is the important one.
