According to the wizard of odds (http://wizardofodds.com) one should hit Double S18 vs 3-7 if possible, otherwise stand.

Most other online references seem to give the strategy the same.
However, the hit or stand applet seems to want me to hit this hand when I had A 3 4, I am thinking that this should be changed.
