Moderators Statement - Please Read

Bughousemaster is permanently banned from this Forum as of this post, and will be denied electronic access as soon as Administrative personnel can be contacted later today…...In the interim, Midnite and I will continue to manually delete his posts, (although he is posting profanity almost as quick as we can delete it)

We have been very patient with Bughousemaster, and have given him numerous warnings and second chances (and doing this after having to delete over fifty posts because of profanity and personal attacks)….all to no avail, and his profane response to Midnite’s post last night is proof that he is not going to change.

We sincerely hope you are in agreement with this decision and your comments to this statement are welcome and encouraged. Please post or send a PM.

Everyone has been very patient with this young man. We have ignored him, tried to educate him, and, least effective of all, tried to reason with him. He has lied, insulted, made up multiple personalities, and, worse of all, not shown any respect for those that know a lot more than he does. You have done the correct thing.

are dealing with a very sick human being who has a need for attention

And to think that when I first joined this board and Bug and I realized that we often play at the same casino, I almost took him up on his offer to meet and play one night. It was funny, though, how his tone changed when I started hedging and making up excuses. All of a sudden, it was "Hey, don't let the board stuff fool you, I'm really not a bad guy. I can act sane. please-please-please ...."
I almost wish I'd taken him up on it just for the psycological study.

Although I rarely comment in your forums, I do read everyone's offerings/opinions quite often. I am also glad that Bug's rantings/ravings have been eliminated from here. A lot of BJ knowledge comes through here and does not need to be diluted by someone who only wants to pick a fight.

I would like to echo the sentiments of the many, many posts in support of the actions of our two moderators, Grifter and Midnite.
They have been extremely patient and I believe were left with no other choice.

Thanks to everyone for their support. It sure made getting through the last two days easier.

Midnite and I have deleted all of the kid's profane posts (I think) and I just "unlocked" all of the topics so I think we are back to normal.

Now let's go back to talking blackjack!
