Just curious. I've gotten 3 naturals in a row numerous times, but have never gotten the fourth.
Whats your most in a row?

I deal the game 7 hours a day and as both a player and a dealer I have never gotten more than 3 blackjacks in a row!!! The odds of 3 blackjacks in a row are about 10,000 to 1 the odds of four are through the rough!!!

odds for 1 blackjack is about 1 in 20 (closer to 1 in 21 but this keeps the math simpler)
odds for 2 in a row is one in 400.
odds for 3 in a row is one in 8,000
odds for 4 in a row is one in 160,000

Odds for N in a row is (1/20) ^ N (1/20 to the N-th power)

Yet,after you have recieved the third in a row,the chances of getting one on the next hand are roughly 20-1.

Once during a high count I had my max bet of 2 hands of $75 out. Got BJs on both hands. Next round, two more BJs. Won $450 in less than 2 minutes. I was stunned.

First of all the odds on a shoe for blackjack are 21-1 but after 3 blackjacks in a row your odds are significantly reduced for the 4th because key cards are used to make up your 3 blackjacks lets say that you are on a six deck shoe best place for multiple blackjacks even though the first one is harder to get you have 312-6=306 cards are left in the deck 21 aces left 21/306*2*(93\305)=.033 or about 30 to 1 on the fourth blackjack.

Your example is of a player playing with himself and no dealer. So the first six cards in a shoe came out to 3 blackjacks and the true count is -1. Unfortunately in your example the player did not make a cent because where are the dealers cards?
Seriously, the 3 blackjacks in a row do not necessarily come right off the top of the shoe. Then if they do not come off the top of the shoe, you must consider what the count is at the time and to be accurate you need a side count of aces.

Granted those 6 cards reduce your chances most often but what if there were 2 additional players and a dealer and every single card they received during those 3 hands was a 2-7. Then your chance for a 4th blackjack would be better than 21-1.

Last year, I got 3 in a row as soon as I sat down. Last month, I got 2 in a row twice in one session.

This probably belongs in Ripley's Believe It or Not....two weeks ago I was playing in the local casino...half way through a six deck shoe...just me and the dealer. I received 5 natural blackjacks in a row...the dealer had three natural blackjacks at the same time...

I got two BJs in a row back in college. That was a great night. Nowadays I'm lucky to get one BJ a month!

Oh wait. I get it. Nevermind.

Once I put my max bet out plus a little more divided into two hands. I got BJ on both hands!

Years ago, playing a 6 deck shoe, I get 7 aces in a row and then a 5. Land up with 4 hands of 2,2,2,and 6 and watch the dealer bust.
Four blackjacks in a row are my most and it happened in a negative count.

I know I've gotten 2 in a row MANY times...however I can't remember a time I got 3 in a row....I DO remember the time the dealer got 3 in a row vs. me though

(but I guess that's the life of a gambler, we remember the "big hits" way more frequently then we remember our "lucky streaks")

Up until last month, the most consecutive BJ's I ever received in over 22 years of playing was 3. Then, after going nowhere at the 2-deck games at South Point for two days, I finally said the heck with it and went to the multi-deck shoe. Four BJ's in a row! And the shoe also produced the only decent win. Go figure! :D T-2

I thought I'd edit this to add that my heart almost stopped when my first card on the fifth hand was an ace – but no 10 followed!

This time I saw another individual at my table get 5 blackjacks in a row. There were 4 of us playing on a 6 deck shoe at Two Rivers Casino north of Davenport, Washington.
