Hit or stand error

I had an A,3,4 against a 3 and I said to stand however the trainer said to double down, doubling down is not possible when you have 3 cards so the hit or stand game was wrong. Yes the best play when you have A,7 vs a 3 is to double down because that will win the most money. Ace,3,4 doubling is no longer possible and staying will give you the best chance to win.

Thats a glitch thats been discussed numereous times. There actually are a few casinos where you can double down on three cards- Longhorn and Bighorn are two that come to mind. Both are locals casinos in Vegas,and its a 3/2 game,as well.
