Recent reading of Blackjack books have indicated that to employ card counting techniques in gaining an edge is a long and ardous(sp?) work of many, many hours and after which at the Casino's, the payoff is again, long term and of uncertain outcomes - at the increasing hazard of security measures ever gaining sophistication at uncovering one's play.
Since we've entered the 21st, Century and since BJ is over a century old and since the 1980's and 1990's, then what is left for those of us who are not professional at BJ, but hate like the @#$@!!% dickens suddenly witnessing an dealer's 5, card 21!
Who among us can tell the other what sequence of the next card will be?
The man who could do that, died in 2006.
