New Player from Hong Kong

Hi all

I am a new blackjack player from Hong Kong.
I some time go to macau to play blackjack. ( Use Basic Table)
Luckly , Almost every time can win around HK500 dollars. (Play for 15 - 20mins each time)

Recently, I bought some blackjack ref. book.
I use the tech. (e.g. counting system)
However, It is not work. Never going to +10 or -10 in real suitation.

Can you give me some professional suggestion for me.

If you can do that, you don't need to buy a Blackjack book, You need to write one.........

What I am doing is , play with the basic table, is that enought?

How to improve my skill.
