I do my best to stick to BS, hardly ever deviate anymore, but can anyone tell me why I must split Aces against a King or ten? This is always a losing hand (or double losing hand) for me. Has anyone else experienced this too?

jm2552 - Braun shows if you just hit the Ace's you will win (on average) 47 times and lose 53 times. If you split them you will win 55 times and lose 45 times.
There are some close plays in BJ, but this isn't one of them.
Trust the numbers and Split the Ace's.

Yeah, I know you're right, but I think I've only encountered the 45 side of the equation so far :(
