Collecting Vegas Comps?
  • I am going to Vegas next week for a 4 day stay. I've got players cards at the MGM, Excalibur, Ballys, the Palms and Station casinos. We play often in Wendover, Nv. and find that collecting comps in Wendover is a lot easier than collecting comps in Vegas. (We go to Vegas about 4 to 5 times a year.) In Wendover, all you have to do is ask! and they "shall be given." But I find that collecting comps in Vegas is more difficult. It seems like you have to play for a really extended time in order to build up enough points. I play BJ and my husband plays slots. We usually plan on $400 to $500/day in bankroll for each of us. I really believe in player's cards; we haven't paid anything for a trip to Wendover in the past year. Any suggestions on collecting comps in Vegas?
  • lol, ploppie?
  • You have to play at higher stakes tables to earn significant comps. You can also ask the pit boss for buffet comps if you have played for a while. I'm glad to see another lady who plays. I hope you play perfect basic strategy and show up all those who think they know better!!!
