    You have to get out more. 6 deck, dealer stays on soft 17, das, resplit aces, and late surrender is a 6 deck game with good rules .26% house edge. You game at over .5% is poor to bad. If they cut two decks it becomes unplayable in my opinion. With a deck cut off, it is playable.

    Also, there are double deck games where the dealer stays on soft17 with house edges from .19 to .31 or so.

    You work in a casino area but it is far from the only or most important one.
