There is too much value with the "game asset" (Practice Game) offered, but collectively top dog experts boycotting board. Somebody must have made an "unreasonable offer" that they eventually may win or board will be history owned currently by an unreasonable man of principal. I don't know any parties involved, but due believe a party is in progress.
A street wise marketing guru could have links to this site on many "heavy hit" blackjack sites, in addition to new venues that captures the 21-35 market with concentration on Women equal to men. Like a "Game Link" to Vogue or GQ for example.
I see opportunity.

Owner unwilling to share. He wants to continue majority interest with strong demands (time) on pro' s and logical people who he transfers a useless amount of stock if he decides cash flow or renovation/professional re-start , etc.
lacks annual dividends.
This is how it should be handled. Five Owners...15% each. The additional 25% should be distributed to various start-us and maintenance website design with outside programing, legal, accounting and bottles of Dom and a few hand rolled cigars. Eliminate large percent of operating costs if necessary operating companies own a piece of the action.
I would bet the biggest asset valuation of board is the game. No question it would not take too long to design, copy or whatever you have to do to it from scratch. Top Dog blackjack players (3) must be owners and actively participate weekly. If I could select the three early board movers I would negotiate with two former players, thinkers, motivators who have lived the good life playing and marketing. The third person would be Grifter.
Bottom line is tap into the 21-35 market tomorrow.
No financial risk, but a negotiated agreement to participate in forum on regular basis (?) for the first year.
The most important job will be to grow a new base from former and current poker player. You have to move some money around to get some articles in say Vogue, GQ and Corporate Newsletter to businesses like American Eagle, and additional young people companies. Permanent links are also possible right to the game to test their skill. This is when you tell them how much it costs a night playing without knowing BS. Most new "money male" are former Poker Learners that realized they can't cut it at poker. Many new faces at my local casino (male) who can twiddle the chips but increasing their bets on negative 4's.
