Best gyms in Vegas
  • Okay, I subscribed to CBJN and got the answer to my question on best games...

Now my question my wife is forcing me to answer (and which more accurately will decide where I stay).

What hotel has the best gym?

Also specifically how are the gyms at Caesar's and Paris? (vis-a-vis each other and generally)
  • I wouldn't even know where to find the pool or the gym in Vegas. I'm in Vegas, for crying out loud! No gyms, no pools! Just good food, blackjack and some adult beverages. Maybe a visit or two to the sportsbook, too.

In other words, I can't help. Sorry. 8)

Okay, would you mind sharing that with us too?

Also, is your wife a fitness junky? It's VEGAS who cares about exercising, LoL!
  • Hey, you have to find a place to park the wife while you're sitting at the tables. Why let her waste units that you can better use. Let her go to the gym and the pool and tone it up for when you get back to the room. :D

The gym at the Paris is quite good, better than any I've been to in a high-end hotel. I think they charge $15/day. It's on the 3rd or 4th floor. Beats going for a run along the strip when it's 110 degrees. My rule was whatever number of calories the exercise machine said I burned in the morning was the $ amount of buy-in I allowed myself that night. The object was to lose weight and gain money. Somehow the actual result got that reversed.

Howdy, Stranger!
