On the other hand, a drunk who's winning can be a pain too. A guy who was already drunk sat down at first base next to me last weekend, kept ordering tequilas, and had the most unbelievable run of good luck any of us at the table had ever seen. Multiple blackjacks, winning on stiff hands vs dealer 10's, and he was betting black chips, sometimes the $250 table max. He'd win on plays that were totally wrong, like doubling on 12 or 13 vs 5 or 6, and drunk as he was, he knew what he was doing was wrong, but he didn't care. When the card he got was one that would have helped me, I couldn't help but be pissed off. He finally left with his pockets bulging with black chips. After he left it seemed like the rest of us at the table started to win our fair share again. Probably it was just the relief at no more disruption. The kicker -- his tips to the dealers were less than anyone else at the table.

It takes all kinds, huh bud? Let's face it a pain in the ass, is just that, drunk or not. In a casino or not, for that matter.
Thanks for the observations.
